What is your refund policy?
We can't refund our coffee products. However, if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund. Please check our Refund Policy by following the link at the bottom of the page.
What payment types to you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.

How soon will you ship my order?
Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. After that, shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
What places in the Canberra region qualify for local delivery?
All suburbs of Canberra, Queenbeyan and Hall are part of our local weekly delivery. Additionally, we deliver to Bungendore, Murrumbateman, and Yass, NSW, on the first Wednesday of each month.
