We are unable to accept returns of our coffee products. However, if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund.

- How soon will you ship my order?

Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. After that, shipping times vary depending on your location.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- What places in the Canberra region qualify for local delivery?

All Canberra, Queenbeyan and Hall postcodes are part of our local weekly delivery. Additionally, we deliver to Bungendore on the first Wednesday of each month.
You will see options for local delivery in the cart when you enter your address.
- How do I select local delivery?

Local delivery appears as a shipping option once you enter your shipping address. All Canberra and Queenbeyan postcodes are eligible for local delivery.
We deliver on Wednesdays. if you place your order by 12pm on Tuesday. it will be ready for next day delivery.
